Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A valid payment method is required to confirm reservations. Rates are provided as fixed quotes at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation Policy
Standard bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee. Wedding, event and multi-vehicle bookings follow the specific cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.
Wait Time & Delays
Complimentary wait time is included for airport pickups, tracked against actual flight arrival. Additional wait time beyond the complimentary period may be billed at an hourly rate. For non-airport pickups, standard wait time policies apply as communicated at booking.
Vehicle Substitution
We make every effort to provide the specific vehicle requested. In the rare case a requested vehicle becomes unavailable, we will offer a comparable or upgraded alternative and notify you in advance whenever possible.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Damage caused by passengers may result in additional charges. Illegal activity is not permitted in any S&T Transportation vehicle.
Liability
S&T Transportation maintains commercial insurance coverage as required by applicable regulations. Liability for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (traffic, weather, flight changes) is limited as permitted by law.
